SCSI Scanner Startup Procedure Overview of the firmware-controlled startup procedure for Professional UMAX SCSI scanners, including trap points for low-level hardware errors and LED display sequence.
SCSI Scanner Firmware Guide to current firmware versions, firmware histories for most recent models and .bin downloads for Service Centres with E/EPROM programmers.
Service Supplements Model-specific supplements include notes for each hardware error code, internal fuses and PSU connections, for use by UMAX Service Centres. By dismantling a UMAX scanner you immediately invalidate the warranty and risk electric shock and permanent damage to the electronics.
