Adds variable-resolution preview feature. Note: does not support UC scanners, PowerLook I (officially, may require f/w x1.61), Gemini (untested?).

Version 3.13 will be the last MagcScan release which supports the UC scanners and the PowerLook (I) - owing to technical limitations of these models, the future MagicScan v4.0 release will only be compatible with later scanners. Version 3.1.3 is the minimum recommended release for Windows 98 users, however earlier versions have been tested succesfully.
